Hello, I'm Indi

Wedding Photographer
I am THE HEART, soul & principal photographer behind RivLU Photography.
I am so greatful that you've found your way to me!
What I adore most about this journey isn’t just the photographs — it’s the people. The laughter, the kindness, the WAY, you welcome me into your lives like family. That’s the magic, and that’s what makes RivLU so much more than just photography for me.

My approach

My approach is rooted in connection. I take the time to get to know you—how you love, what matters to you, and the little things that make your relationship uniquely yours. I want our conversations to feel like catching up with an old friend, because the better I understand you, the more HONESTLY, I can tell your story.

I’m a storyteller at heart. I chase the real, in-between moments while offering gentle, refined direction when it’s needed—to ensure everything feels effortless, and true to you.

Visually, my work leans into bright greens and a vibrant, colourful palette that brings your day to life in a warm, joyful, timeless way.

Something personal

Besides being the girl behind the lens, I’m a mom to two beautiful little souls, Luna & River — the inspiration behind RivLU. We’ve recently started our homeschooling journey, and I’m so grateful for the gift of being able to educate my children and watch them grow in their own unique ways. It’s one of the biggest blessings in my life.

I’m also a full-on animal lover with a home filled with joyful chaos — five dogs, one cat, and an absolute obsession with birds. If there’s a bird call, I will stop everything i'm doing to listen-no shame! Nature and the outdoors are my happy place, and adventuring with my family truly fills my heart.

I’m incredibly thankful for my husband, Lee — my biggest supporter and my trusty second shooter, who has grown to love photography just as deeply as I do. Sharing this passion with him has been one of the sweetest parts of my journey.

Above all, my relationship with Jesus is at the core of who I am. My faith shapes the way I love, how I see people, and how I serve. I believe my ability to do this work comes from a great and glorious God, and my heart is to honor Him by giving my clients the very best of me — with kindness, intention, and genuine care.

2026 done differently.

Creating with intention, serving with purpose, and showing up with a full cup.

Why I No Longer Offer Discounts (and when i do, spots are limited)
Friends, let’s have a little heart-to-heart.
Once upon a time, I used to run discount specials like Oprah handing out cars. “You get a discount! And YOU get a discount!” My calendar would fill up faster than a Black Friday checkout… and for a while, I thought being fully booked was the badge of honour every photographer needed.

Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

Being booked to the brim meant mountains of editing, back-to-back sessions, late nights, early mornings, and very little rest. And when a creative is exhausted, it doesn’t just affect us — it affects the quality and care we pour into your memories. And that’s not the kind of photographer God created me to be.

God gave me this gift — this talent, this passion, this calling — and I’ve worked for years shaping it into what it is today. I want to honour that. I want to serve you with intention, joy, patience, creativity, and a full heart. Not one running on caffeine and survival mode.

So here’s my promise:

-When you pay full price, you receive my full, undivided, joy-filled, passion-soaked attention.
- I edit with intention, not in a rush.
- Your gallery will get the love it deserves — every single image.

No shortcuts. No burnout. No “rush the deadline and pray” energy. Just my best, always.

Why Boundaries Matter (and Make Your Photos Better!)
This photographer needs time to rest too! For years I told myself, “Monday is my day off!”
…except Monday never actually became my day off.

And guess what? Not resting makes creativity shrivel faster than a forgotten houseplant.

So, from 2026 onward:

Sundays are sacred. I do not shoot on Sundays (except the rare wedding).
Those are my days to breathe, worship, reconnect with God, recharge my soul, and be present with my family.

Sundays are for church, home, chores, and just being a human being again.
Not a camera-holding editing machine.
A human. With laundry. And a need for peace.

A Little Life Update (AKA Why My Schedule Looks the Way It Does)
In 2025, my children and I stepped into the great unknown of homeschooling.
Don’t roll your eyes — I promise it’s not as chaotic as people make it sound.
(Okay… sometimes it is. But it’s the good kind of chaotic.)

I love being with my kids. Getting to be the one who teaches them to read, write, count, cut-and-paste, sing silly maths rhymes, and learn about the world is one of the greatest blessings God has given me. I’m grateful every single day.

Because of this:

Mornings (Mon–Fri) are for my children.
That’s when we learn, create, explore, go to playdates, or do something fun.

 Afternoons are for YOU.
That’s when I put on my photographer hat, open my inbox, shoot sessions, and edit your beautiful memories.

It’s all about balance — the kind that allows me to honour God, love my family, and give you my absolute best work.

In a Nutshell

I’m taking on less so that every single couple and family who chooses me
gets more.
More heart.
More attention.
More energy.
More intention.
More creativity.
More of the photographer God called me to be.

No discounts — just full value, full passion, full care.

If you’re here for that journey, welcome. I can’t wait to serve you.

Kind words from

The Marzuoli's

Where do I even start?

I honestly truly, don't have enough words to describe how incredible it is to work with both Indi and her husband Lee. My husband and I booked with them for both our engagement shoot and our wedding.

Not only did the pictures come out fantastic, they managed to capture the essence of our relationship in pictures. True magic.

We haven't even seen all of our photos from our wedding day but the sneak peeks took our breath away completely.

Indi and Lee.

Thank you so so much for sharing our special day with us and capturing everything so beautifully. We are blown away by your talent and all the care you put in to each and every shoot. We love you guys!

-Lauren and Jadyn.
